RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges are permitted if postmarked within two days of receipt.

Exchanges are only allowed for different sizes. If we do not carry the size you need, we will issue you a refund immediately. We don't accept returns on clothing items if the costume is worn.

We don't accept any exchanges postmarked after 10/22/09. If you have any questions about shipments, returns, or exchanges, you can call us at anytime at 813-948-1892. If you have a special circumstance, please call or email us and we'll see what we can do.
